sorry for my late entry... i was trying to catch some thoughts before i was able to write something..
My girlfriend and i split up at friday... goddamn it hurts... well.. i won't say more about that. i don't know yet what i want to do now... of course there's hope but... huh...

what was happening these days?
from April 8th to 22nd i went to Dublin (ireland) with school... I was staying there for 2 weeks at such a friendly family... they were both about 60-70 but... it was so fun to stay at their house.. Dermot (the name of the hostage-father) loves golf and went to the court every day.. even when he was at home he was watching golf all the time on his 42 inch Sony LCD
I think we had exactly one day where he had no potatoes in our meal But i liked it
I'm thinking about writing a letter to them but i haven't done it yet... shame on me
Dublin itself was very interesting.. Although i imagined the accent to be much harder to understand! I think the most exciting sight was the guinness factory although i was just 16 at that time and alcohol is allowed for 18 years and older (in austria 16) i managed to get a pint of fresh guinness at the top of the factory, where the 360° bar is. But there were a lot of other things to see... i'll recommend it to everyone!
We also had to go to school there.. but it was a special one.. "DCSE (Dublin School of English)"... uh! before i forget! i have to sent a teacher there a few pics! So... done! I hope i've spelled the address right..
To the photography: i just got the 18-70mm and the 70-300mm with me but i've managed to do some good pictures.. maybe i'll upload a few of them..

Birthday.. Yay! i got 17 on 24th april!
I got the 50mm 1.8 from nikon and a Tamrac photo backpack from my girlfriend (at that time she still was it..).. but i said i would pay for the 50mm because i knew these two things were both expensive... When i told that my father he gave me 50€ and said "well.. i'll buy it for you.." (i got it used from a friend who is just on AF-S now..)

Finally i've managed to upload some pictures
all of them were taken on the 5th of december 07..
On our class-homepage they're called "Letzte Bilder vorm Kerker" what means something like "the last pictures before the dungeon"... Our classroom changed from the 3rd floor to the cellar
Maybe I'll take my cam with me some time but we got no natural light down there, and if this wouldnt be enough my camera-bag broke down...

I'm still together with my girlfriend (getting 7 months at wednesday ), got an A (1er für die österreicher/deutschen) for my english test and yeah... i got the next one tomorrow -.-
I can't stand my class anymore nearly 90% of them have a problem with their confidence or attention :@ that's not funny anymore They're getting on our teachers nerve and we get the bad marks because the teachers are getting angry.... (Sorry for my grammar today :S )

maybe you've recognized that i haven't submitted a picture for a long long time, especially a good picture.. (btw: I'll delete a few files out of my gallery so i don't waste dA's space... currently 238 devations).
The reason why i did (or didn't) do that: i got no really good pictures, those i made in barcelona were mainly pictures of schoolmates because it's very very difficult to take good pictures when you are moving around with ~30 guys in your neck.
I've photographed everything i got at home aaand, and this is the main reason: My notebook crashed down... i can't even get into the BIOS... I guess it's the motherboard -.-
Many pictures are on the internal HDD so i got a problem :-/
Maybe i'm able to get them back.. But i have to do that because they'll probably format it at the repair center

I feel sorry too because i didnt take a look at the pictures of all guys i have in my watchlist.. (currently over 300 un"read") I just took a look at a few photographs were i thought they were good...

Anyway... i want to get a new PC but to do that i have to get another 700€ (it'll be a dell...)
I also want to get the Nikon 50mm AF-D 1:1,8 which i'm looking forward to for.... 6 months?
If anyone has got another suggestion.. please submit it (i mean... a better/priceworth lens)

Yesterday my girlfriend shocked me a little bit... she's planning to stop playing basketball :-/
sure... it has got a few pro's but... it was her.. passion.... and now she want's to stop... She got depressed too, that's why i cant really understand her... (Yeah.... she's got no time for school and me if she continue's to play and her knee is nearly broken but...)

Like after Paris i want to get back there i even didnt have my D100 with me... just that compact-kodak because my mum was afraid my D100 would be stolen, so... the pictures aren't that good, just funny.

maybe i'm submitting a few of my ooooold photos these days we'll see...
i hope i'll get my notebook back in a few days...
