Warranty..?
Longingmaybe you've recognized that i haven't submitted a picture for a long long time, especially a good picture.. (btw: I'll delete a few files out of my gallery so i don't waste dA's space... currently 238 devations).
The reason why i did (or didn't) do that: i got no really good pictures, those i made in barcelona were mainly pictures of schoolmates because it's very very difficult to take good pictures when you are moving around with ~30 guys in your neck.
I've photographed everything i got at home aaand, and this is the main reason: My notebook crashed down... i can't even get into the BIOS... I guess it's the motherboard -.-
Many pictures are on the internal HDD so i got a problem :-/
Maybe i'm able to get them back.. But i have to do that because they'll probably format it at the repair center
I feel sorry too because i didnt take a look at the pictures of all guys i have in my watchlist.. (currently over 300 un"read") I just took a look at a few photographs were i thought they were good...
Anyway... i want to get a new PC but to do that i have to get another 700€
(it'll be a dell...)I also want to get the Nikon 50mm AF-D 1:1,8 which i'm looking forward to for.... 6 months?
If anyone has got another suggestion.. please submit it

sure... it has got a few pro's but... it was her.. passion.... and now she want's to stop... She got depressed too, that's why i cant really understand her... (Yeah.... she's got no time for school and me if she continue's to play and her knee is nearly broken but...)

i even didnt have my D100 with me... just that compact-kodak because my mum was afraid my D100 would be stolen, so... the pictures aren't that good, just funny. maybe i'm submitting a few of my ooooold photos these days
we'll see...i hope i'll get my notebook back in a few days...

Did you asked at the repare center that you need the files on the HDD? They can normally call them up if you need them.

You'll have also extra software, because Apple make it own software and hardware. Microsoft don't may give you extra software, because the make only software. That's the reason why Mac cost a bit more. But if you see what you have when you buy a mac, than it isn't expensive

Deine Freundin wird schon wissen, was sie tut, oder? Manchmal ändern sich auch Leidenschaften, und wenn das Knie eh schon kaputt ist...
und ja.. das mit den bildern sollte hinhauen.
Nach aktuellem stand macht sie jetzt doch wieder weiter, ist aber alles andere als fix...

Kommt wohl immer darauf an, was du damit vorhast und was für Objektive du schon hast.
Ich hab auch ein Canon 50mm 1:1,8 und verwende es kaum, was aber daran liegt, dass ich gern das Makro immer drauf lasse weil ich es schon so gewohnt bin, näher ranzukommen. Die Lichtstärke bringt schon einiges, und mit der resultierenden geringen Tiefenschärfe lässt sich's auch nett spielen...
die Lichtstärke isses eben.. im moment hab ich gradmal ein 3,5er und das auch nur bei 24mm... danach ist schon ein rapider abfall zu sehen
und deswegen will ich mal ein lichtstarkes mitdem ich die stimmung besser einfangen kann. Durch den Digital-Crop isses dann auch ein leichtes Tele dass für Portraits recht gut geeigent sein wird. die 35mm welcher eher auf das "good old 50" hinkommen kosten leider schon ein stück mehr..
